Dr Bilal Mohiuddin Bhat is a 2017-batch officer of the Indian Administrative Service, AGMUT cadre, serving as Deputy Commissioner of Anantnag, Jammu & Kashmir.
He is from Kupwara district in North Kashmir and graduated in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from SKUAST-Jammu in 2010.
